Extremely difficult. You basically need leadership support and then have pretty rigorous interviews. May have to do a rotation in another group first to “prove” yourself

Possible yes…./likely no. Strategy almost functions as a separate entity. It’s not really a transfer. You kind of just need to apply. I thinks it’s the same process you would have if you try to go to Boston consulting.
