Is it really a bad look if you left after 1 year to go to another big 4?

Potentially moving to a competitor (Big 4). My field is busy right now/high in demand. What numbers should I be looking for/expecting for a first year manager in terms of signing bonus? My current firm is holding a $23k bonus over my head until April. I’m leaning towards it not being worth moving in until after that/post Covid unless they can get close to that on a signing bonus and push my base up at least 25%.

I’m a SC from a big 4, will soon enter my fifth year, I have a background in IT audit and solutions/ERP. Really burnt out by the internal firm work (proposals, etc) and the low pay(homegrown). Looking for a more specialized position I can grow into elsewhere. I know I have a lot to bring to the table, but not quite sure what roles would fit me. For one, I definitely do not want to return to audit. Any suggestions of positions/roles/companies? As well as any certs i can pursue w/in this next yr
