No, the number for years of tenure is a made up thing on this app. From a talent perspective your cohort is the entire population of your level in your talent group

I have an offer on the table. Not crazy about the work but it's ok. The number one reason I would take it is that it's completely remote. Pays more but not much more.

PwC Emerging Company Solutions Practice... can anyone speak to this? I have an offer for experienced associate (currently about to be promoted to audit senior in May), pays $70K and fully remote. Recruiter claims 40-50 hour work week year round, dealing with private clients, pre-IPO work and such. Anyone have any thoughts/insight? Having trouble making a decision.
