Is it reasonable to bring up work life balance / manageable working hours with a headhunter when they ask about your preferences?

No, I send thank you letters after my interview around 7pm, if I get a response that means poor WLB, this is something you silently evaluate, not something to discuss in the early stage of interview.

I send my thank you’s at 2 am when I finish working everyday

You will never hear from them again at the junior level. Go work in a different industry, or be happy for whatever you can get.

If you’ve got 20yrs of experience and good credentials, then it’s a different story. Say whatever you want. Tell them you are looking for a place to chill out & your not too worried about comp, w/e.

No, don’t do it. It’s a filter they would never consider and might make them nervous you go to your interviews demanding WLB which isn’t a bad thing, but not the best impression to make early

Definitely a no-no

Definitely not especially at a pre VP level

I recently passed my LCSW exam and I am waiting to receive my official licensure information in the mail. I interviewed for a position that requires the LCSW and received an offer to start as an MSW and eventually adjust my salary once my licensure and credentialing is completed. They gave me the salary for MSW level however, they said they could not tell me what the salary bump for LCSW would be until i have my license number. Is this standard practice for a LCSW position in a clinic?
