I had a recruiter reach out to me from Google 3 years ago about a role she thought I would be good for. She really advocated for me to be in the role but the hiring managers didn’t feel like I was qualified.
We had a discussion and she gave me a lot of good feedback on how I could be a stronger candidate and encouraged me to reach out to her directly for future opportunities. Fast forward to now, I’ve gained a lot of experience and skills. Should I reach out even though it’s been 3 years?
Anyone knows Huron interview process?

No
You have 2 options
1) pinstripe double breasted suit with peak lapel (double lapel holes), with 3 button holes on the cuff and 2 on the suit, blue shirt white wide Windsor spread contrasting collar, patek phillipe cufflinks
2) cocktail dress with gillters, and 11 inch hills from Christian Louboutin
Try to get some input from anyone you can at that company directly or via LinkedIn. I don't think a suit is necessary. The question is whether you can make a more effective impression in a suit or dressed differently. There is so much gender bias. Frankly hair and make up may matter more than attire. Depending on the company, I would consider taking their usually employee attire and dressing it up by one or two notches. You are a woman, so you know the HR ladies are going to judge you by your shoes and handbag - have to be nice, but not to extravagant/showy.
Suit is always the safest option. I think a nice dress and blazer is fine too
Ask the recruiter
Louboutins, Chanel bag, on fleek hair a must
Just wear whatever you feel confident and comfortable in. I couldn't give a shit about what you're wearing. Answer the questions in an articulate and thoughtful manner. Demonstrate you know your field.
Agree with MD1 - but would add that a jacket/blazer is a standard essential
