I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.

Looking to lateral and I'm having issues pulling a writing sample. My problem is that all of my best writing was filed under seal (and I'm a junior associate, so there's not many options to choose from). I gave one round of technical interview with HCL and submitted supporting documents to HR and iboard with CCTC : 10 lakh, ECTC : 20 lakh.
While i was waiting for a call from HR for salary negotiation, The offer letter has been released for 15 lakh CTC without a discussion on salary. Please advice if there a stipulated timeline to accept the offer letter within ? Do they call for negotiation if I don't accept the offer ?

I've experience as backend developer and I've received a great offer as frontend developer. I'm not very good at frontend yet although I know good HTML, CSS, JS, little ReactJs.

I resigned without any offer in hand because of a toxic work environment.

I cracked interviews and got selected, but things did not progress during negotiations.

My notice period is ending in 10 days, and recently an HR executive was surprised that I quit without any offers in hand and still don't hold any.

I am blessed to be financially stable enough to do this, but this person got me wondering if I made the right decision from a strategic POV.
