I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

At the minimum the loss you'll incur - any 401k contribution you may lose, pay backs to the firm for Becker, loss in bonus, loss is salary hike etc. you can ask for more depending on how good you are at negotiation
You can ask for them to match your unvested bonuses, but don't be surprised if they decline. They likely have a number in mind, but they're unlikely to stray from that number. It's a pretty low level position in the grand scheme of things and there's likely a large number of qualified candidates for the position. Typically companies won't move too far from their base offers for these types of positions. There should be something though and it certainly doesn't hurt to ask.
Depends, I had my base moved up 4%, with a 7% signing bonus, but to M1s point...it's normally a range that they'll stay within 10% of unless it's new or highly specialized.
Thanks all
