Yes still a good practice. Don’t have a good format. I just wrote a couple of sentences
It's certainly not bad form. Don't see how it could hurt you. I also usually just send a few lines. Thank you for your time. It was great talking about the data integration challenges. Hope your son had a great soccer game! So basically I thank them for their time and incorporate details from the interview that highlight professional discussions and connect on a personal level if I can. To this point, I usually not down notes after each interview to remember key points.
