Is there anyone at Dropbox who is willing to give me a referral for a software engineer internship position next summer (2022)? Thanks in advance!
Thoughts on GS+P as an intern/junior?
Had an intern whom I could not recommend for hire. She didn’t report to me directly so I never gave her feedback directly. She just asked if she can list me as a reference How would you respond?
Some intern really messed up 😤

Assuming you started out of college in consulting, do you include internships or other companies? I have more than enough to easily fill the whole page w ACN, thinking about removing my internship
I am a finance consultant at Wells Fargo who graduated May of 2019. Have two years of experience in the finance industry and am looking to make the switch to IB, preferably in NYC. Does anybody have any tips on how to break into IB? Is it possible without prior internship experience in banking? What are best practices? Thanks for the help!
What made your internship special and why did you want to join your firm? Think, fun things or small touches that went a long way, too.
I'm a young software developer working with one of the FAANG but I keep hearing that fintech companies pay Software Developers more. What should I learn if a wanted to move to a Software development role in a Fintech company? In all my previous SDE roles (intern/entry level) I've always had to understand the domain of the projects so I'm thinking about upskilling as I'm not looking for entry level jobs anymore.
I need to know if I’ve pigeon-holed myself. I have an undergrad in music business, and got a lot of good experience then. Worked in live events for 4 years before returning to law school, intending to practice in entertainment law (specifically music). Got a summer internship at a boutique entertainment firm, but no offer due to the small market. Moved to a larger market, but I’m not in one of the “hotspots”. I’m in-house currently, and have moved up quickly. (Cont.)
Recently, I have applied an internship at EY, but I didn’t received the assessment test. Does anyone know why？Thank you！EY
Any thoughts on taking a class at Adhouse while interning at a great agency? It's not a necessity since I have this internship, but I've been thinking it can just help my craft. If so, which class?
Just finishing my first week in as an audit intern and genuinely I have no idea what I'm doing or even a general idea of the audit process. The senior associate left the engagement last week so it's just me and an associate, and they don't have time to give me instruction. Am I stupid or did the e-learns not prepare me for any of this? The training told me I'd be auditing cash but I haven't even touched a bank reconciliation.
I just finished an art direction internship in LA I’m and looking for what’s next. I’m happy to stay in LA or move to NYC. Any leads would be appreciated!
I'm going to be in a tax group in the summer (intern) and was wondering how a specialist tax group would fare in this economy? It's under the tax umbrella but has consulting elements (m&a tax)
Anyone here leave Deloitte/PWC/KPMG, go to B-school - intern at better consulting firm like McKinsey Bcg, and get school paid for by them? Sounds like a smart move to me
How is KPMG work from home support?
ACN peeps...does working in a role outside of your operating group hurt your chances of advancement?
Thinking about a change - been in Businees Processes for a while and thinking about Project Management- what do you all think? Probably would have to get PMP. Would I have to start all over again?
Trying to evaluate a verbal offer in capital planning. $145k plus 7% bonus. 10 years of experience but a bit of career change. NYC. Seems to on the low end but not entirely sure. Any thoughts or tips are welcome.

For those that live in NYC, do you really feel that it has accelerated your career? What is it about the city that makes people claim that it is that much better for networking and exit opportunities?

Are there any go-to books for product marketing (B2B or B2C) folks recommend? I’ve got tons of resources on general product / being a product manager, but seems to be limited info on PMM or product marketing in general. TIA!
So far I’ve been through 1 IVF cycle. I have one embryo that is frozen waiting for transfer. My doctor is wanting me to do another round of IVF to back eggs for baby number two down the road. Has anyone been through this? I know of two people around my age that got pregnant naturally with their second baby after IVF. Does anyone know about banking embryos for future use instead of transferring? My insurance doesn’t cover anything so all this of out of pocket.
We shouldn’t go back to the classroom this Fall. I got positive for COVID from just hugging my sister who was asymptotic. This is Day 5 after I started showing symptoms. The first two days were hell. The hardest thing about this virus is how it affects your mental state.
I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?
Do your executives and ownership teams care about culture? Do they care about innovating? My top executive is very “stuck in their ways” and refuses to accept that he is creating disconnects with his team.

Can someone explain why they buy EFTs over index funds? A couple years ago I switched my 401k from target date to index funds? Does it make sense to eventually switch those to EFTs? If so, what's the strategy on when to switch?
