Hello Fishers, need your help to finalize my decision.
I have 5 YOE and I have done a full-time MBA. I am currently working with one of the product organizations as a business analyst. TIAA offering 17 LPA Fixed (Including PF) against 1 counter offer I had of 15.6 LPA Fixed.
My CCTC is 9.35 LPA so should I ask for more here? Also, how are work culture and policies considering I will be part of the BA profile?

You need to figure out what your objective is. Career progression at current firm? At another firm or even industry? Or just have an amazing year and meet people from different background? Clarity on that will inform your decision making progress on both if and where to get an MBA.
What are you looking to do?
Traditional FT MBA job placements are likely well below your level should you just jump straight now. What is your family situation? Some of my older classmates loved having two years to see their kids everyday for at least 2 meals and playtime.
At this point you're probably making too much to justify being out FT. Plus you get lumped in with "fresh MBAs" when searching. Would probably say Exec if you wanted to at all.
Depends on age, salary and target. I have been doing it longer and may still go but would look to do it PT or through a 1 year program. Ideally move to industry at a company that pays for grad school and do either an MBA or JD.
34 yo... Been thinking about it for awhile but cost scares me. Don't want to add more debt
Maybe do an exec MBA
No
Have heard mixed things about EMBA... Some folks I've spoken to and threads I've read on the top 5 look at it as not on par with regular programs
You should consider executive even with the mixed reviews.
Ditto BCG1
Def an exec MBA
not worth it
If you want to get out of consulting and pivot your career into another direction, you can improve your odds by getting an executive MBA. Otherwise I'd say it's not worth it.
If you've been in consulting for 10 years, it would be hard to see the upside unless you want to do something totally new.... Even then it might be kind of hard to pivot. (Many people get an MBA to get into consulting, so not sure what that would be.). I will say that I found the educational aspects of business school really good and worthwhile, but it's a hell of an expense for only that.
Also depends on where you live. Example: In NYC, most people in industry have an MBA so if you are looking to change, you would need one to compete.
