Does anyone have experience with Edelman's Business Marketing unit? It looks like it was launched 2 years ago and is relatively small. Curious if salary at the AS/SAS/VP-levels would be lower than Edelman's other, more established business units.

How is support Engineer at salesforce for a 2yr java developer. Is it good to join Salesforce as support Engineer just because of higher salary. My goal is to become a full stack developer. Individual Contributor or Manager of 4? I have about 6 yrs of exp and have managing a team of 4 for about a year. Recently in a performance review my manager commented that I was always a top tier bucket as an individual but as a manager, I was slightly worse off performance wise. I’ve been looking at another opp which is about 20% more comp but is an individual contributor. Is being a manager all it’s cracked up to be? Should I even consider since I’m early in my career?

Hearing a lot of friends get very high total comps because of RSUs and other added on bonuses. What’re RSUs and what companies offer a lot more money than base pay? I feel as though I’m making quite a lot for my age but almost all of it is base pay so I’m shocked to hear some people almost double their base pay with these other parts.

Hoping for some advice. I made partner last year. Before making partner, I was pretty close with a couple associates and my legal assistant. Hi all, I am currently a school counselor, I have been interviewing for jobs and i received an offer from Job A. I am waiting to hear back from Job B, my preferred job. Job A is working at. K-8 school and a large case load, and it doubles my commute. Job B is my preferred age group, a smaller caseload and a much easier and shorter commute. Job A wants an answer by end of day today and Job B said they’d get back to me early this week. I don’t want to settle for Job A if I don’t have to :(
