I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

I am interviewing with a Series C startup, tech, launched 4 years ago in Europe and is now building out a team to GTM in the US. I currently work with enterprise clients in supply chain/tech, avg deal size is over 500k. Avg deal size for this start-up is less than half of that. All that to say - the last step in the process is to “present” to a panel as mock customers. Am I wrong for thinking this is antiquated and a waste of my time? I’ve only done Graduation and thinking of doing PGDM in Data Analytics or BI.
