Seems really long for most large companies with a lot of resources. A lot of consulting firms get back within 48hrs. If it’s a roll at a smaller shop, they’ll probably be a little slower since they have less people and established processes. Had a small-ish company send me an offer 4 or 5 business days after final round.

I presented a case study last Monday with behavioral interview questions. They said they’d get back Friday, haven’t heard back yet. Should I assume the worst or is there some light at the end of the tunnel? 1/4 managers replied to the thank you note, I got worried about that too.
