If it’s a business arrangement, then if you were going to be using their name in advertising, or just listing them on your website as other clients, the contract between you should specify use of a name and logo

It can be (assuming your transactional based business is practicing law).

Would a Level 5 (Associate Director) at Accenture map to a VP level at Cap. In conversations with Cap, but they are reluctant to offer that. The next level at Cap is Principal - but I feel thats not a step up ? Thoughts ?

I have ADD and this job is the first time my struggle to pay attention / notice the little things has really impacted my day-to-day. I am constantly writing reminders and do a very good job keeping my to-do lists organized and categorized, however I still struggle remembering/noticing minor things. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to work on / improve this?

Help! Any recommendations for turnaround trips if I’m less than 10k miles from Exec Platinum on American Airlines? Is it worth it just to get the next level for another year?

How do you handle recruiter inbound calls?

I’m getting bombarded with LinkedIn recruiter requests to apply for/chat about open positions (FP&A, 5YOE). I’m happy in my current role, and not necessarily looking, but would move for the right bump in pay.

How should I strategically frame to recruiters calling/DMing/Emailing me that “I’m happy in my current role and would only be interested in moving for $X without wasting anyone’s time formally interviewing?

Hi Fishes,

Currently I am working as senior software engineer in a product base company. My tech stacks are React, Redux, Node, AWS and Graphql. I am thinking to switch the carrier in Block Chain or Data Science. Will it be a good decision to make the shift.

Total experience is 5 years.

If it's okay to shift. Could you please help me with the steps for preparation? I will really appreciate the help.

Thanks a lot.

I work for a small law firm and we are responsible for saving important emails to the e-file. Is there any system that automatically saves the email to the particular file? I get so many emails in one day, so it’s quite time consuming to save every single one or send it to my secretary to save. Any recommendations?

I did it! I got the got the State to drop murder charges on my client a week before trial!! I took a huge gamble and let him talk to the State and tell his story and they believed him (as I did from pretty much our first meeting...he literally was just along for a ride when things turned bad) I had quite a few staring at the ceiling nights with that decision but it worked. My job as a PD is often thankless but today reminded me why I do it!
