I have two daughters. Received the highest rating and generous raises and bonuses both times. It’s not unreasonable!! 💪
Absolutely not!! You will be on mat leave NEXT year. A raise is reflective of your work from this year.

Not unreasonable re: leave, may be unreasonable re: this economy. We have no raises across the board this year.
It happened for me! Promo and raise before mat leave. I think it does depend on company culture etc. Be persistent and check in on it if you have to. Hoping the best for you :)

I got an end of year raise 1 month before going on Mat Leave. Not unreasonable at all!
Depends on how long you’ll be out. If you’re out more than 4 or 5 months of the year, I would expect nothing. 3 months or less - maybe a prorated amount
