Current Title- Strategic Analyst. I report directly to a corporate VP. I analyze profitability, make recommendations on growth and new procedure ideas, prepare proforma’s, run a surgeon gain-sharing program, Leading a $10M system savings project. What would your org call me?

Florida ppl: I live in a condo & the AC in my unit is leaking refrigerant. Repairmen came by as the AC kept freezing & they said it's leaking inside and the only way to fix it is to replace it. My landlord is refusing to replace the unit for at least 6 months. He's hoping that the Freon they put it will magically fix it. Lease says that he has to keep things in working order. My electric bill is mega high because of this. It's annoying to deal with. I have health concerns about that leak. Help?
