Hi folks,
I got an offer from Walmart for the Software Engineer III position. My joining date is 8th June. Does the health insurance coverage for the employee and their dependents start on the joining date itself? I will have to use my insurance at the end of June for my wife. It will be less than a month since the joining date, so will it adversely affect in claiming the insurance?
Good morning lovelies part 2 😍
How do yall close the summer out in Chicago?

MD1 all my clients are always complimenting me for how I dress. Never heard anything against. Not to brag, I couldn’t care less, but if you think fashion can get in the way of respect and professionalism you totally misread what I’m talking about. Clients might judge some members of your team for their visible undershirt or loose pants. Never thought of it?
Undershirts are for high school kids or blue-collar chubby-old-men from Boston
Dry clean your shirts after every wear, trim your chest hair if it’s 8 inches long, wear sufficient deodorant, avoid the urge to jog to work in your suit ... try to act like a grownup for Pete’s sake
Undershirt means anti-style. Real men don’t wear that stuff. Nobody in Europe does. Only losers.
Looks like you’re still wearing your PJ under your shirt. And it usually shows through the shirt, total fail. Plus, 99% of people that wears undershirt leave it visible at the chest/neck area... epic fail!
I don't wear an undershirt. Nobody ever told me it was weird 🤔. I think it's only weird if you're sweating through it constantly.
FYI, unless there are buttons on the collar, it is called a button front, not a button down.
Not weird at all. Don’t listen to haters OP
Shouldn’t be able to see the undershirt if your wearing a quality button front; also stick with vnecks so it doesn’t show when taking the tie off.
Not weird. Just watch those out stains
And chest hair
Wear an undershirt. People are just being nice. I’m tired of seeing chest hair or just male chest
Wear one; it will keep your nice shirts nice and all it takes is one client or prospect that doesn’t enjoy seeing hair or skin to cost you a deal or political capital. And don’t leave two buttons undone... total amateur hour.
Hahaha. I had a client that did that and the chest hair stuck out the middle
Forgo the undershirt. That’s high school shit. Plus gray chest hair is the deal!
Agree^^ So glad I found this post. Girls on my old team used to tease me about not wearing an undershirt. But I resolutely did not do it. Looks horrible.
Unfortunately people who think that you need to wear an undershirt think that it’s some huge faux pas not to.
I’m a great fuckin dresser. You’re wrong.
And if your client is turning away deals because they saw chest hair or a little skin poking through, then they obviously care more about that then how good your work is.
Europe, you have a rep - you just don’t know it
Aren’t all shirts button front??
Guys who don’t wear undershirts are the worst... any time your shirt stretches we can see your bare stomach or chest hair... and the stains whenever it’s hot are nasty... and in some cases BO.... and thy keep you shirts from getting pit stains... just be sure to where a v neck so it doesn’t show
Ok so clearly it is a divided issue lol in my defense i hate when the under shirt is visible, I only unbutton the first under the collar when I’m at my desk grinding work away, not when I’m walking around the office. definitely can see an undershirt helping with pit stains
I don’t have chest hair. And I do not shave. I do not have a belly, because I hit the gym. My shirts have no stains because I dry clean them. Just buy quality and custom fit clothes and you’ll look sharp
You guys saying “I don’t want to see chest, know you are NOT supposed to see the white outline of a crew neck shirt right? It’s supposed to be a V neck shirt under your shirt.
