I'm American, but my family is mostly Colombian. I was told my aunt and cousins would come here for 2 weeks. I discovered they were going to be paid to appear in a famous Hispanic TV show, where a "judge" receives a case, hears the plaintiffs and defendants and renders a verdict. A partner put me in charge of a specific project that I ran independently. Things were going well. The client began asking me to do more and more, including revamping their system and internal trainings. The client even gave me a litigation matter. Suddenly, the partner became more involved. I was removed from meetings concerning the revamping, my trainings were cancelled, and he started micromanaging. He has now sidelined me from the project and trash talked me to the client. I am very upset.
