Hi all, I am working at Natwest Group RBS and I have recently applied for Product Manager Role(gurgaon) in Gartner. How much CTC I should ask and what is the general hike and bonus they give on yearly basis and can someone provide some insights on work life balance and leave policy?

Personally, I view this job as task based not time based. Sometimes these tasks require specific timing of course... but in the larger picture, if we get the work done there is a flexible schedule on when and how we get it done.
As a guy I get anxious if my haircut lasts over 20 minutes. I cannot imagine a 2 hour appointment
Do people really take PTO for a haircut? That depresses me
Just don't take pto, don't work during it, and tell everyone you have an appointment. It will be okay
Can you not take care of that on the weekend?
Nope. Have done that for pedicures too.
Nope. I do it regularly. Time is precious. Don’t waste your weekends on maintenance
M1 Great thing about only being home for the weekend is that weekend appointments for what I want done were booked for the next 6 weeks, so nope 😑
It’s fine. Have done meetings during massage.
Yes^^ plz don’t take pto
Consider it a lite lunch lol
This is why client relationships matter. If you deliver and the client trusts you, there’s no reason you can’t head to an appt and get back to work later in the day.
Nope
@C2 Nit if we have kids, we can’t. Also, to OP, We’re salaried. We aren’t paid based on hours, but based on what we get done. That said, don’t think I could get much done in the hair chair. Clippings getting in my keyboard, hair falling in my eyes. Maybe during processing time, but that’s about it.
