Job 1 financial analyst (year 1-3)
Job 2 financial analyst (year 4-5)
Job 3 financial analyst (year 5-9)
You don't have to use the official job title, if you instead use a standardized title and state the number of years worked.
My father is now a VP at a F100, and his resume used this format throughout his career. It's totally normal.

I’ve heard FAANG promote slower than non FAANG. But usually the pay makes up for it. And having FAANG on your resume allows you to jump to start ups or other tech firms for big raises. So yes I’d go for it. Just make sure the pay is more than you make now.
Stay in good terms with the FAANG recruiters get the manager position in 1.5 years and then go for faang. If it’s not literally guaranteed yes it’s worth it to leave.
