Reminds me of the story I heard in business school about how NASA spent $1m trying to develop a pen that would write in space, the difficulty being that the ink doesn't flow due to the absence of gravity. $1m. The Russian solution? Use a pencil.

@EY1 what does that at all have to do with your comments prior. I think you got lost

I take infinitely better notes by writing than by typing. I have the Apple Pencil and loved it while I was in school

I have an iPad and an an Apple Pencil and I see the benefits in art software because I draw but I don’t see it being very useful for notes. I’d personally rather type.

Look up a smart notebook on amazon! It appears to be a regular spiral notebook, but whatever you write in it gets saved as a pdf automatically

I bought one but now think a stylus at a fraction of the cost would have been better as I don’t use the software it works with that much

I use it for notes. I find it helpful, but can see why others don’t. I love handwriting

How do I become more assertive at work? I keep getting this feedback. I don’t think I am a shy person, I am however an introvert and don’t go out of my way to interact with people. I do good work and believe it should speak for itself. My supervisor told me that this is not how it works in consulting. I am worried I will not be able to climb the ladder because of my personality. Any tips on how women on the more introverted side of the spectrum have made it in consulting?

Currently looking into prep paths for it, am interested to hear perspective from someone who took both on how you prepped for it compared to CPA. After the hell of passing all 4 CPA exams what I've read so far about the GMAT honestly makes it sound fairly straightforward in comparison, but I don't want to let my CPA ptsd influence me into underestimating it if it's way more demanding than it looks on the surface.
