Start looking now and just see if you see anything you like. If not, don’t leave to leave. It may take a year to find something you like.

Just make sure you go to discover first. It’s actually the only senior perk haha

You won’t notice a difference in the type of opportunities you’ll qualify for if you leave immediately after promotion to senior or one year later. Agree with PwC 1, take the time to find something you like. As a senior, you have the greatest number and variety of paths you can choose. Good luck!

I would recommend to stay at least 6 months if not a year bcz it will show that you have leadership experience. It’s better to have some senior experience when leaving

Some success, now what? I started a solo practice July 2020. I’ve been successful in building a book of business sufficient to satisfy my overhead and provide me with a respectable income. Hey guys, I need some guidance. Stuck in a crisis.

I joined a management consulting firm as a fresher (4 months). I am stuck in a role which is purely secondary research based and miles away from my interest.

I have a postgrad in marketing. I need to get into the creative marketing and branding field. I even write (not professionally but have my major interest there). I tried reaching out to people on LinkedIn but nothing....

If someone could guide me it'll be really great. Thank you so much!

Yo! I’m going into my final year in ad school and my dream has always been to live and work in NYC (I’m from northern Europe). Most of the people i talk to recommend staying in Europe where I can have more responsibility early on and spend less time doing boring junior stuff and then leave for a mid role after a few years. Anyone have any thoughts or experiences with this? Should i just jump into it straight away? Thanks!:)

Hello fishes,

I have received a job offer and gave them my expected salary to which the hr told it was above their budget. (Did a proper research and quoted them the range)

They gave me an offer with a difference of 1 to 1.5 lakh from what I had asked.

Any tips whether should I go with the offer they gave or still negotiate?

If negotiate kindly provide some tips.
