It’s getting harder and harder to be motivated for work. Managers keep piling on work with no compensation and people are quitting left and right. I feel like I’m at a dead end. My work ethic is AMAZING and I feel like I’ve sold myself short with this job, but it’s like nothing else in my field interests me. I’m trying to pivot, put in so many applications and I hadn’t heard back. I feel like giving up.

They gave me an offer with a difference of 1 to 1.5 lakh from what I had asked.

Is there a fine line between being professionally skeptical and being just plain too nit picky? I have managers who fly through things but don’t miss the big picture. They are joy to work with since they don’t hold up work and get everything done on time.
