I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?
Hello, can someone with amazon provide guidance on how to properly follow up after submitting my application for a non-tech role. I submitted 5 apps so far and will appreciate any guidance or referrals if possible. Positions are related to fraud, investigations, anti-money laundering. Also, if you are a recruiter for related positions, please get in touch with me. JPMorgan Chase Amazon Stripe Chime Google Microsoft Discord Netflix Facebook (Meta)

Probably not. Deals Manager 1 make in the 140k’s and will have significantly better exit ops if you are willing to get that title before leaving. If you are interested in leaving right away, I would recommend leveraging a recruiter or looking at multiple positions to ensure you are getting the best possible exit opp. There hasn’t a been a better time to leave in years, so if you are going to do it - make sure you are benefiting from the current labor environment.
Is this true for FDD managers? I’m a S1 in FDD currently and scared that if I stay until manager, I might have trouble leaving to a manager role in industry.
