Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

My suggestion would be to leave the big4 firm you’re at now and join one of the boutiques Alight, Collab, Kainos etc. I made the switch a few years back and my WLB has been fantastic
Hi OP, you can always try the AMS/Post-Production Support route and see if that’ll be a better fit for you. Happy to refer you here if that is something of interest to you.
Post production support. Support after go live. Break fixes / enhancements. I don’t have Impl experience to compare, but have a great WLB with AMS

Which company in industry?
Yes - but I’ll be part of the HRIS team. But I understand. I’m hoping it’s better, but if not - I can try to come back to consulting or maybe even just pivot my career entirely.
As an added detail - I currently earn base salary 117K, the move will be around 125-130K.
Yea if I look at pure finances.. I agree. I’m not sure if industry roles that aren’t profit generating will pay too much higher. I’m just pretty burnt from consulting.
I feel like I would make near 125K if I finish up the year and see what compensation is like for next year. Hmm. But 🤷♂️
Unless the team size is decent, you are expected to support all modules. Can use any service providers if they have a contract.
