Depends on what type of exit opps you’re looking for though. If you want to do something directly related then I’d say absolutely it would be worth it if you’re that close. But if you want to make a career change to something different, I wouldn’t stick around cause it won’t help much
Take a long vacation and get your mojo back. Exit opps will be much better as a manager.
Stay until Manager. Better career opportunities after.
Life as a manager was infinitely better than being a senior. If you don't inherently hate the job but are just burned out then I agree with other saying take a chunk of time off to recharge, look at your schedule and work with your schedulung team / counselor to make it what you'd like it to be. You'll be a manager in no time.

In the same boat. Highly rate senior 2 going into senior 3. I am an experienced hire so I’m a few years older than my class, which from an age standpoint factors into whether I should make a move or stay another year. Think I’m going to take some advice from everyone here and schedule some time off soon to try and recharge
