Hey everyone! I recently graduated this past December and started my current role January 24th. Just this morning I had a recruiter from Meta reach back out to me about a role I applied too last month. Should i schedule an interview with the recruiter? What if it goes well? Would it look bad if I quit my current position to take this role if I end up getting an offer? 3 folks that I have hired and trained are being offered a Director position above me. I am so proud of them, but I need advice… When I asked why I was not considered, the only reasons that came up were the following: *1. Less college education 2. My age. I am young. 3. Less experience with Landlords.* I have been with this company for quite a while and my goals have been clear. Hi all, I recently received an offer as Quality Eng in Medical Devices. I’m base in Houston, Tx. What will be a competent salary for the position ?

I have been applying to analyst roles for various companies and requesting to connect with recruiters from the companies on LinkedIn. I send a connection message introducing myself and telling them what role I applied for in their company. So far I haven’t any responses (even if they accept the connection request and I message them again afterwards). Should I be trying a different approach?

I’m a contracts specialist and have been in my role for 2 years. Prior to that, I had 3 years of experience with bidding as well. Any others in the same role care to share salaries? Need your expert guidance! Having 2 offers from qualitest and Capgemini for devops engineer role! JD is pretty much same in both the orgs but Qualitest is providing fixed X lpa and Capgemini is also giving fixed X.8 lpa. So which offer should I consider? Please help me here!

Current offer from wipro 24 CTC b3 band( 8 YOE data analytics space, business analyst), i quoted to capgemini that i expect 30LPA, probably capgemini may finally offer me 24 to 26 ctc. I liked only wipro JD not CG.
