I have no Kearney specific info, but if you have an offer to start in summer or fall of 2020, you should not worry. They *might* push your start date back 3 months if you are due to start in June, but they are extremely unlikely to pull your offer or lay you off right after joining. You will probably be pretty safe from layoffs for 9-12 months because you will be the cheapest resource to keep around.

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
