As they took my documents on 9 September and it's 30 th today and the hr has not released it yet even not gave me a hike of 20-30% as per industry standards.


I am not getting better opportunity elsewhere , what should I do.

I am interviewing for a senior level position at a tech company. Had my second interview 2 weeks ago, which went really well from my perspective. I still have not heard back from the recruiter.
