I have more than 10 years of experience in Manual/Database Testing, Data Consulting, Data Quality and Data Migration using SQL. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). I am at 23 LPA currently so would like to know am i actually under paid. I asked my manger why not ask mem 1 to relocate and work from office only i don't have anyone from our team. She says mem 1 is not in base location so he will wfh. So this new member joined our team she from Chennai as well but my manger asked her to relocate and work from client location. Favouritism ki hadd hai

I have received an offer as SD1 at Amazon Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 6 months of experience. I did my BTech in computer science from 2016-20. I had some active backlogs as well. Due to covid, many exams were not conducted and as for the ones that did happen, the results are taking forever to come. Right now I have one backlog and the result is yet to be announced. I am positive I will pass. Will this affect my offer from Amazon during background check as I am yet to receive degree?

I had an offer from A which I declined to join another one and post 2 days of joining, A has revised the offer without any discussion or anything and the amount quoted is 7 lacs above it's last offer. I mean this is when I did not even pickup a single call from them but just declined it politely over mail.
There is no question of thinking to join it but the way this hiring is going on these days is really unpredictable and companies are trying to use as much as they have to win a candidate.😄
