Do it respectfully and professionally; then no it won’t be burning a bridge. Not to say someone won’t be sour about it but if you’re clear and concise about your reasons, and if they’re legitimate then yeah you’ll be fine.
Where people burn bridges is they take a job and leave after a month for no reason other than $.
Newer companies will ask ?? have good reasons why increased comp is not a good reason
3 months was the probation period in my role, I could have easily been fired with a simple “sorry this isn’t working.” I see no issue with you doing the same to your employer
