Inflation soaring all time high . Groceries, petrol already inflated . Today maid has asked to revise her salary which I had increased by 12.5% according to her demand . Landlord asked to revise 10% rent in March which I had to agree .

With no hike at mindtree and inflation soaring high, salary has depreciated over last year but organisation is not bothered about that. So , I am forced to look for opportunities within 1.2 year of joining this organization.

I joined LTI in March and got tagged to a brand new client. Until yesterday PM told that project will start soon and their is delay from client end. But today he confirmed that project is cancelled and now I'm just floating in employee's pool. What should I do in this situation? Why did they hire if they didn't have project confirmed. What’s your take on undergraduate business degrees/majors? I think Liberal Arts and STEM majors provide a more rigorous education that better prepares you for most careers than an undergrad business degree. There seem to be many experts who agree with this, including MBA adcoms. Some people think students choose Business majors because it’s viewed as a “practical” degree that leads to a job. Maybe “impractical” degrees often produce more interesting and well-rounded grads?
