I have an interview for a TPM role that I didn't technically apply to (my resume got passed along). I work in a technical environment but dont have a technical background. Do I actually have a real shot??
How technical are TPM roles? I know how to talk to technical people but not make technical decisions myself. Amazon Project Kuiper.

We are hiring!!
Been here 5+ years started as an associate. We aren’t without our fault, as are all mgmt consulting firms, but it’s a great fit for me.
Yea.. I'm a recent experienced hire and I don't start until the summer lol
I feel like I get a headhunter request recruiting for LEK almost every week. I have life sciences focus and am based in Europe.
Rising Star
Recent grad and started out with another firm in the fall. Do I apply for experienced hire?
LEK.com/join-LEK is probably easiest or reach out to any of our us base recruiters on LinkedIn.
I did just check and looks like only the Life science specialist role is currently posted but I would keep checking back and still reach out to the recruiters as I know we are still actively recruiting exp. associates. We just don’t always leave the post up.
LEK1: what do you like about LEK
I like the scale. We get many of the benefits of a firm with scale but not too big. We are small enough to be really personable and the flexibility to do a bit of “your own thing” as you get more senior.
The pacing of the case work just has taught me so much and continues to regardless of the role.
We are strong in my sector of choice so it is really satisfying getting look to by client as true experts and getting to solve a bit more interesting/ harder questions. I have zero tolerance for long implementation/ heavy process work which is not what we do / known for.
