Hi Axtrians,
Just wanted to know from other Axtrians, how is the WLB in their current project?
Is it like you have to look over at multiple tasks/handle different tasks at the same time(as an Analyst)?
Is it normal in Axtria to not have adequate resources in the projects, running projects on less number of resources to cut cost, leaving the project vulnerable and making it difficult to plan holidays?
Do you all have tight deadlines as well?

Are Pune offices operational ?
I believe average tenure of a MBB partner is 3 years, meaning it’s still up or out. B4 is pretty metrics driven (at least at PwC) but once you’re in it’s more difficult to fire and the expectation is that you’re there for awhile
29 may be the bare min age and not mean age? Secondly Its up or out culture. Lastly, the size of the org matters as well? Thoughts?
MBBs and B4s have different comp structures for partners. B4 is backloaded and current partners pay for retired partners, although that is changing.
Which firm is that being offered? I’m unaware of that for any of the B4 in the US.
It’s not like B4 with the lifelong pension and “tenure track” type of model Very common for partners to leave and join high profile industry jobs that are more lucrative than MBB partnership.
B1: Out of curiosity, what are the high profile industry roles you are talking about? I assumed that MBB partner pay is the one sole motivator for people to stick around.
Why do you think having young partners inconsistent with having an appropriate pyramid structure (by that I mean having a good ratio of partners to consultants)?
