Is MD in Accenture worth the hassle? Is it the same as say Partner in Deloitte? Not sure how it compares in compensation package, scope of impact, prestige etc? I am new to Accenture

Thoughts on going from a manager in PA with 5.5 years of experience to a senior accountant at a 12.5B insurance company? I’d get about a 20% pay increase, every other Friday off, pension, etc.

Looking for advice. I'm currently making 80k CAD Salary in my position. When I was hired I was originally told that I was going to be there to bring best practices and enterprise level processes to the company as they were severely lacking any structure for their product development. They gave large raises to 95% of our employees across all specialties (some called what they got "life changing") but our group was overlooked or disregarded with no explanation!
