Looking for thoughts on current situation. 5 years experience with general, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. I complete tasks for 2/3 providers on a regular basis, train new hires, travel to different offices to train/oversee new hires and their progress as well as train new providers on EMR. One of the factors into my decision is what is the propensity that the resume gets pulled for on campus mbb recruiting, given that undergrads are probably applying as well? I have big brand internships already, and my undergrad school probably scores a 2/3 for brand name. Will recruiting teams put more emphasis on your latest or 1st degree?
