me too! I think it can be an anxiety thing. I legit feel like I'm hungover but I'm not :(
Same here. I know my anxiety is really high when the thought of eating makes me sick. I always lose weight when I’m super anxious like that for periods of time.
Best advice I have is—force yourself to eat at least something at normal meal times. You may surprise yourself with an appetite you didn’t know you had until you began eating.
I just feel like I can’t move around too much, and need to be sick, but I know I don’t actually have to be. It has been with me a few days now, accompanied by an aggressive return of my all time favourite sweaty palms and pits -.-
