The medium is irrelevant. It’s a famous image directly related to the topic. The cover is so relevant we’re still talking about its theme over four decades after it was created.
It likes to think it is.
The equator is
Hashtag fact
No.
I guess the question is, center of who’s world?
NYC feels like it when you’re here.
But the big cities of the world all feel that way when you’re there long. Tokyo, London, Paris, Shanghai, and on and on
I supposed small towns also feels that way, at times, to some.
Why?
Oh yeah, but I’d go Joe’s KC over Q39, though it’s very close!
I love NYC. For reasons largely unrelated to work. My love for it does not require other people to love it. It is definitely not everyone’s cup of tea.
If you’re debating a move there (?) give it a go. You can always leave it.
New Yorkers and Trump might think so but no.
Yes of course.
Wonderful story: I met a few older retired New Yorkers who had moved out of the city while on vacation (retirees are really my crowd) and we all connected on how free we felt just strolling the streets, how there seemed to be opportunity and excitement just in the air. New York on a crisp fall day, there’s really nothing better. (IMHO)
oh wait, was that sarcasm from VP1? either way, it's not for everyone but I certainly love the city.
Yes but that’s not always a good thing
Center of the entire universe... obviously
It’s the center of over priced living and sub par ideas.
I love NYC like nothing else, but it’s not the center of the world. And agencies can lose work and potential clients when they forget this, because this mindset can breed arrogance. There are smart people doing amazing things in plenty of places, so don’t forget to look around once in awhile.
