Is Nihilent ltd a good company to work for? I've heard they don't relieve easily they've bond wherein they mention that it'd take 2-6 months to relieve an employee after one resigns.
Also, they force employees to go to South Africa and don't pay enough for one to lead a standard Life there. Please suggest.

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.
