Usually, it's better to have the job lined up before you quit if you aren't regularly turning down offers. If you don't know and have to ask here, might want to apply a few places first and let people in your network know you are looking for a new company to grow with.

Better to have a job and THE BENEFITS while looking for a new job than just quit. This industry shed 54k peeps due to the pandemic. Freelance market is saturated. Hang in there, you’ll find something better down the road.
Agree with Art Director 1. I find there are a lot of opportunities at the moment, but if you’re out of the loop then you first need to start building your network / reaching out to people in your network / applying for jobs to get a good sense of your area
I’ve always found that Associate Producers usually have to jump ship to get a raise or a title change. I know someone who is going on 3yrs at AP. Talk to your boss about this and ask what needs to happen for you to see a raise and a title change. If they can’t help, try to get something lined up before you leave and best of luck!
Thanks so much for all the info everyone! This was really helpful!
Try freelance, there seems to be a big need.
