Getting to the 3rd round of interviews for PM positions at tech firms, just having trouble finally converting. Anyone able to help/refer? It is quite frustrating as I've been trying for most of this year, I even applied to a bunch of T15/M7 MBA programs to break into PM work and am considering going.

Bs/Ms engineering, T10 engineering school in electrical engineering. Worked in R&D engineering and tech sales 4 YOE

Question for those that are familiar with how severance pay works. I received a package a while back and was paid bi-weekly severance. The payments ended a few months ago but just the other day I had a severance deposit. Curious if it’s possible to get additional payment at this point or does this look like a mistake? I know the logical answer might be to just call but I’ll be honest in that I am still looking for a job and this would definitely help me. Thanks for your advice!

I have to join my new organization on Monday 19.12.2022 for which I had received a revised offer letter yesterday and I accepted it. But today I got a new letter which is offering me 8% more on the revised CTC.

Offered CTC: 17LPA fixed +pf+ gratuity.
