I have 2 yoe in .net have 4.8 ctc.
Recently gave interview for TCS, after some days one of the recruiters from tcs called me and said that since i had done only BSC-IT they will deduct 6 mnth of expirence out of the total experience so finally i will left with 1.5 yoe, so for that they were offering 5.5 lpa since.

Is ther any rule one who has odne BSC they will not consider 6 mnth experince, thats the reason they have given to me.

I have started my first job as a software developer and I really enjoy it.
Question is… Is it worth doing Masters degree in computer science? (Part-time)
Would it make a difference in salary/knowledge?
Just wondering if it is worth investing my time into it.

Curious about your thoughts on this one. I get why people maximize their 401(k)s, IRAs, etc for retirement. But what if your retirement investments get significantly reduced due to a stock market crash, or a banking/financial institution system failure (especially as people get close to their retirement age)? I had two technical round, at the end of the second round I was told that someone else also needs to also take your interview. (This tools 3 weeks)

Got Offer Letter from Infosys Consulting, it says Role as Associate - Business Consulting, and Role Designation as Consultant - Business Consulting, I don't understand what it is as during the HR discussion it was Said I would be given JL 5A. Please Help??

Just got an interview call for Telecom consultant role in Infosys.

HR asked for video interview and I dont mind that. I replied the HR that panel also puts on their web cam. It's not a healthy way to communicate during inteview when panel remains on audio (and perhaps in their shorts and baniyan ) :D

And interviewing the candidate wearing formals.

Last week I got offer from Infosys for the below skills and experience,

Skill - SAP BASIS Administrator
YOE - 5 years
Offered Package - 11.6 LPA and 1L joining bonus
Current CTC - 9.6 LPA

I feel like the offered package is too low. When the mentioned the same to the HR, he said this the maximum they can offer for the role.

Kindly suggest how much I can ask to the HR for the mentioned skills and experience.
