Looks like my company will be reducing our workforce by about 30%. My director let me know he is one of the people being let go and I’m not sure I want to work for his likely replacement. I’m not positive where I stand after a couple less than stellar months following a [failed] rollout of a new CRM, so I figure it’s time to update my resume. Currently in the online automotive space but really want a people management role that’s also remote and pays 6 figures. Any advice?

Offer eval:
1. Product manager at Citi in payments - $105 base + 10% bonus + hybrid 3x in office
2. Product ops & business analysis manager at Morningstar in research - expecting $98 base + 15% bonus + potentially 2x in office
3. Product manager at Telus Health - expecting $120 base + 10% bonus + remote

The official policy is that everyone WFH one day each week with no choice of which day. Sometimes I’ll work from home more than one day a week and when I do, I feel paranoid because when I’m in the office, the partners will “walk the halls.” I would appreciate more flexibility and have a big law interview scheduled. Is this worth leaving? Btw, I’m a first year.
