I’m looking for some additional tips and/or specific things to focus on in preparation for the multi-round interview process for a role at Amazon Web Services in what I assume is for one of the cloud services team. From what I’ve gathered, is the interviews are largely based on the leadership principles. However, how do I know which would be asked? which would be more related to the role/or team I’d be on? What other types of questions to prepare for leading to the 1-on-1 with the hiring manager

Yoe? Current ctc? Current organisation or sector? Are esops provided in addition to 25lpa? My answer to your question will depend on above points.
Could you DM me? I might have a few questions to ask you regarding your recent switch since I'm into IT services industry myself rn and would like to switch to a startup or a tech product based company in a Product role
You should take it. You are in a fantastic position. the kind of work you'll get to do at this product based organisation would be unparallel. You'll learn a lot of things. In terms of compensation, you can may be ask for little bit of esops/rsus. But don't hesitate if they don't comply. 1-1.5 years at a startup like ola will open doors for you in most of the tech giants. All in all, it's a good offer. Pat your back and take it.
My info about Ola is almost 2 years old. A lot can chnage in 2 years. 1 lakh makes no practical difference. If culture is good and the organisation is of similar scale, then you can take it. You can may be ask them to match the offer.
Can you dm me, wanted your help as I also want to switch to pm role from IT consulting
