Always.

We pay exclusively to use the software when there are no returns to prep. Then the entire OneSource crew goes on vacation and doesn’t respond to e-mail. But no worries, they’ll get back to you as soon as possible when they return on 10/16.

Need advice:
I have been in my current role less than a year and got approached by a recruiter for an opportunity that is 35% increase in pay for the same work I am doing. It will be a lateral move.

Two weeks ago I expressed interest to move up to SA level, my director was happy to do it as she is putting out four more roles in her team. Problem is there is a one year clause that says you can’t promote prior to one year. She is working with the HRBP to override it. (Cont’d in comments)

Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I left a good impression on the CFO but would to see what else so can do when meeting with the team since it’ll be a 2.5 hour meet up. I’m really excited!

We’re talking about moving in together and that feels like a lot despite how long we’ve been together.
