Is overnight camp going to happen this summer? What’s the consensus?

It likely depends on the camps. Ours was opened last summer in NC; adjusted as needed. We’ve already re-enrolled for this year but are unsure if it will happen.

Some summer camps were open even last summer, with a lot of precautions taken. My son attended one for 5 weeks. Zero cases.

I think it's a maybe. Will likely depend on location and vaccination rates.

It makes sense for them to be open, especially for longer term sleep away camps, since they can turn the camp into a bubble

On paper, is a 2 year MBA the same as a 1 year (both full time)? Considering doing an MBA at an M7 but not looking for career change or geography change, more just want it for the stamp of approval on my resume for the long term. Also is an executive MBA the same on paper as a 2 year? As in they will both be stylized as “John Doe, MBA” or say in a bio “John Doe holds an MBA from XYZ school” Vs “John Doe holds an EMBA from XYZ school”?

Goals are to transition to strategy consulting as well as earn an M7 MBA. Which option makes more sense? (1) Stay at firm until I apply to B school, then interview for strategy (2) transition to strategy consulting first as experienced hire, then apply to B school? Pros/Cons? Currently 1 YOE as a consultant

overstaffed?! Big D has too many unassigned in the office. Virginia. Heard layoff is coming! AND the same engagement is run by less people and afraid to add staff b/c budget.

I am a new consultant on the team. The senior consultant on the team suggested that I have regular touch points with the other senior managers even though I don't directly work with either of them.

After the 2 year mark at Deloitte, what would be the best approach for a pre-MBA jump to MBB? Would have to start pretty much from 0 with networking, but the resume is solid.

I am in my first HRBP role. It has been a role I’ve been wanting to focus on and get in to but never got the opportunity to do so. My imposter syndrome has kicked in, especially since it’s all remote too.  I was wondering if anyone can give some advice on how to build that trust and relationship piece with managers to be able to succeed? I feel like my fear is holding me back and I am so afraid of failing again.

Theoretical question, what % of profit driven would you consider to be fair compensation? Ex. If you drive $10m in profit, 10% would be $1M in comp. Too much? Too little?
