If I say that 5 is flexible benefit, you can opt out and get all paid monthly

I would go with this too. It makes the most sense monthly.

I suggest the 11 fixed, because there might be times when the 5 that is variable might be 0 or 5, so either way, 11 is more beneficial as tou know your particular situation and no need to anticipate for the 5L

I sometime feel I was undercut by hr

If you feel so, then enquire about the salary and the optional benefits across the internet, across the people within the organisation, but through a public app like instagram and portraying as if you're interested. In case what you feel is true, then work for some time and then when the time comes for increment, then putforth the opinion and take it forward as it goes. There might be other ideas that might work which I am not aware of, I am a pure novice in this field, close to 2 years of experience!

Go for 11 fixed.

I typically take fixed arrangements in everything I do. I like to have something to rely on.

the definition of fixed seems varying with different org. some has fixed= fixed + benefits (for tax benefit). while some just give all fixed (this increase your taxable income and eventually taxable rate too). Do anyone know if you opt out of rfb benefit in pwc does it all gets paid on monthly basis or is there further deduction apart from tax deductions. Or is there hidden calculation involved.

How do you repeatedly turn down work for one partner or effectively avoid working with a particular person within your firm? Assuming hours are met and your standing is strong otherwise. One partner at my firm is destroying my mental health and knows few boundaries. I don't want to actively transition from our ongoing matters but sure as hell don't want to take on anything new... How best to do this without burning bridges?
