Is pf compulsory to opt in ey gds??? If you don't have pf then I think it's not compulsory. Any inputs??

Got an offer from EY GDS for Associate Manager role. 30LPA + 10% Var. Current CTC is 24 LPA(all fixed). 8yoe and Tier1 MBA.

I think the attrition rate too high in EY GDS now a days, sad part is people are joining only because of the brand name even though the CTC is low.

As variable pay tenure in #EY is from July to June so if we are in notice period and my last working day is last day of August, so will i will be able to get the VPB for this year?
