depends on what you're looking for. it's great for WLB, with a slightly more relaxed lifestyle (less or no travel, 40-45 hour weeks on average etc.), but it also pays less than BigX, is a smaller firm and can be tough to navigate initially. Also, depends if you're joining the market model which can result in some staff Aug type roles, or the national or services model that is more like traditional consulting but with the WLB points mentioned above. a very people focused culture to say the least.
