Is product manager hard to get into for someone who isn’t a technical person?

It can be. Actually, it can be hard to get into with no experience, you'll need to start at the bottom and build up your knowledge and experience. protect manager is a role your employers will want you to understand

Where would I start? Any ideas? Or would it be better to go into business analyst/project management and then after a couple years of experience then looks towards product management.

If you're specifically looking for a non-technical role to get your foot int he door, you can probably start with a Marketing or consulting company. I'd recommend getting the technical knowledge though because I'm a firm believer that non-technical PMs will become obsolete in the near future.

Looking for some guidance or similar experience. I have 3 years of experience in the health care industry (1 year clinical, 2 years admin). I have my MBA with an emphasis in health care admin. I’m struggling to grow my career or find a higher level position. I have applied to various positions within my area and just can’t seem to get an offer. Should I consider changing industries or what can I do to stand out? More certifications? Additional schooling?

Just hit 1 year as a bdr at my company, and I wanted to hear opinions on the position I was put in.

I was 1 of 2 out of 30 on my team to hit quota last half. I was told to expect a promotion to enterprise BDR and a pay raise, with a slightly lower quota. Instead I got no title change, no new letter, my quota increased 58%, and I can only work enterprise accounts. I now have the highest quota in the company, most difficult job, as one of the lowest paid bdrs. Does any of that sound normal?
