I always say “we” when presenting work to the client. But the guys on my team always say “I” did this or that, when we all collaborated on the work. Am I over analyzing? Anyone else notice this?

Hello, I’m currently a Project Coordinator, but I have been acting as Project Manager across various projects now. My supervisor has stated after a month period they will look at a promotion for me- I have passed that 3 month mark and think I am ready. What is an acceptable salary raise to ask for? Am currently working for a government consulting agency, but wishing to leave due to the way the project is being managed...I am in at least 4-5 hours of meetings a day, so barely have time to prepare for demos, preparation of slides for the client, nevermind being able to write decent stories(tickets)... Hi - I currently work in marketing, account-side, and have for the past few years. The area I enjoy most (and am best at) is in the project management area - keeping people on top of deliverables, routing projects/feedback to creative vs client etc. Is this a role I could potentially pivot to? Is it standard practice to have settlement agreements notarized in insurance cases? Asking b/c not a huge part of my practice

Everyone agreed to the form of the settlement, which didn't explicitly leave space for notarization. I returned a copy of the agreement signed (not not notarized) by my client. Defense counsel has that we re-execute/notarize, and I personally don't see what the big deal is, but the client spent the morning yelling at me about how much he's being inconvenienced by this

When should start-ups invest in branding? A client is asking me for honest advice. I might be biased, what are your thoughts on this?

Got an offer for Sr. A.E selling SaaS. $150K base, OTE $275K and 20,000 RSU (5 years vest) but value of RSU is undisclosed since this is a startup.
